Jeff has been a multi-million dollar producer each year and continues to increase his volume on an annual basis. Jeff has worked hard for several buyers and sellers ranging from Luxury Homes to First Time Homebuyers “I treat my clients as if they were a member of my family. I truly look out for their best interest and work hard to satisfy all of their Real Estate needs. I have made several life long friends while working in this business. The deal, in my mind, doesn’t end at the settlement table.”
This theory is proven in Jeff’s high success rate and continued return customers. Check out what past and current clients are saying about Jeff:

Jeff is a 1994 Graduate of Catonsville High School and a 1999 Graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland. After college, Jeff spent 4 months in Melbourne, Australia working as an intern for the PGA Tour. He was part of a team that helped host “The Presidents’ Cup”. Jeff served as a special assistant to Jack Nicklaus and Team USA. Jeff is very active in his home town of Catonsville. He sponsors the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and is the Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach at Catonsville High School. His wife Sandra is also the Track and Cross Country Coach as well as the schools behavior interventionist. Jeff and Sandra welcomed the first child, Jacob Mohler, into the world on November 29th ,2007. Jake was a big boy weighing in at a whopping 10 pounds!!
Jeff partnered with Mike Gary to open Mohler and Gary Realtors because he wanted to provide the personal/family oriented business that has become extinct in today’s market. With Mohler and Gary, you can experience the personal professionalism that you deserve.
2016 is Mike’s 35th year serving his clients real estate needs. 33 of those years have been as a broker – only 2% of the Realtors across the country are licensed brokers.
Over the years he has assisted buyers and sellers in all facets of the real estate business. From luxury homes to townhouses, from lots to dairy farms, from office condos to commercial shopping centers, his experience is multi-dimensional. In fact, Mike’s sales have exceeded over 297 million dollars throughout his career. “Buying or selling a property is usually the largest investment someone will make in their life. That’s serious business that calls for someone who treats it seriously”.
Mike attended Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore and Frostburg State University in western Maryland and resides in Woodbine in Western Howard County with his wife, Kelly and their golden retriever, Finnegan. Kelly & Mike have 2 grown sons.
When Mike is not managing his real estate business, he is continually trying to satisfy his wanderlust and feeding his constant need to be challenged with adventure travel. Over the years, he has hiked the Inca Trail through the Peruvian Andes to the lost city of Machu Picchu, dove the wall in the Cayman Islands, solo skydived, climbed Africa’s highest peak Mount Kilimanjaro with his oldest son, hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, scaled Tunnel Mountain in the Canadian Rockies, sailed to most all of the islands of the Caribbean, rafted the Gauley, Bow, Flathead and Snake rivers and has run with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain over 22 times. Mike is also a member of the Royal Naval Tot Club of Antigua & Barbuda.
Mike opened Mohler and Gary Realtors with Jeff because he felt that the real estate business had lost its sense of personal service with the trend toward the big “multiple agent team” and corporate conglomerates. His goal is to revive state-of-the-art personal service to guarantee client satisfaction.
Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.
