“You’ll be
treated like a
close, personal
friend…but in a
professional style”
2013 is Mike's 32nd year serving his clients real estate needs. 30 of those years have been as a broker - only 2% of the Realtors across the country are licensed brokers. Over the years he has assisted buyers and sellers in all facets of the business. From luxury homes to townhouses, from lots to dairy farms, from office condos to commercial shopping centers, his experience is multi-dimensional. In fact, Mike's sales have exceeded over 227 million dollars throughout his career. "Buying a property is usually the largest investment someone will make in their life. That's serious business that calls for someone who treats it seriously".
Mike attended Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore and Frostburg State University, is the father of two grown sons, Court and Sean, and resides in Western Howard County with his wife, Kelly and their chocolate lab, Chestnut.
When Mike is not managing his real estate business, he is continually trying to satisfy his wanderlust and feeding his constant need to be challenged with adventure travel. Over the years, he has hiked the Inca Trail through the Peruvian Andes to the lost city of Machu Picchu, dove the wall in the Cayman Islands, solo skydived, climbed Africa's highest peak Mount Kilimanjaro with his oldest son, hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and the top of the Bavarian Alps, Tunnel Mountain in the Canadian Rockies, sailed to most all of the islands of the Caribbean, rafted the Gauley, Bow and Snake rivers and has run with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain 22 times. Mike is also a member of the Royal Naval Tot Club of Antigua & Barbuda.
Mike started Mohler and Gary Realtors with Jeff because he felt that the real estate business had lost its sense of personal service with the trend toward the big "agent-team" and corporate conglomerates. His goal is to revive state-of-the-art personal service to guarantee client satisfaction. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.
